Art

Living with art.

At Sete Pedras, art is not an afterthought. Sveikata Capital is a collector, and every building we restore begins with a question: what story should it tell?

A dedication

Art as a starting point.

We restore historic buildings in central Lisbon, and we keep what cannot be made again. Art belongs to that same care: it is part of how a building is named, furnished and remembered.

Our collection grows slowly, chosen piece by piece.

Pedra Friso

A building named for its tiles.

Pedra Friso takes its name from the frieze on its azulejo-tiled street façade: a band of coloured tile on Travessa da Portuguesa, which we are restoring.

Inside, each residence carries the name of a Portuguese writer or artist: Camões, Pessoa, Sá-Carneiro, Almada, Sophia, Eça, Garrett, Ramalho, Cesário, O’Neill and Bocage. Unit 1 takes its name from Chiado.

In the Unit 2 · Camões bedroom, the render shows José Malhoa’s A sesta above the bed: a quiet Portuguese afternoon, chosen for a quiet room.

Each property

Themes chosen with care.

For every property we choose an art theme that belongs to its place: its street, its history, its materials. The theme shapes the names, the pieces on the walls and the details in between.
