1. What cookies are. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. This Policy also covers similar technologies that store or read information on your device (for example localStorage, pixels or embedded third-party content), together "cookies".

3. How we use cookies.
- Strictly necessary — make the Website work and store your cookie choices. They do not require consent (Article 5(2), Law 41/2004) and cannot be switched off in the panel.
- Third-party content (maps) — the Website may show Google maps. Maps load only if you consent to this category or click "Load map". Until then we show a static image or a link to open the map in Google Maps.
- Cookieless analytics — the Website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (script from static.cloudflareinsights.com), a privacy-first service that collects aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer, browser/device type, country) without cookies, local storage or cross-site tracking, so it does not require consent.
Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent, category by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Rejecting does not restrict access to the Website; only third-party content is replaced by an alternative.

Google may set additional or differently named cookies when Maps loads; names and durations above are typical for www.google.com/maps embeds.
5. Managing or withdrawing consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; in that case we will ask for your choices again. We keep your choice for 6 months and then ask again.
6. Third parties and transfers. When you allow third-party content, those providers may process data (including your IP address) as independent controllers under their own policies, and transfer it outside the EEA (e.g. Google LLC, USA — EU-US Data Privacy Framework). 7. Changes. We will update this Policy and ask for your consent again whenever we add new purposes or providers.
Your cookie choices are stored in this browser as sp_consent for 6 months. A record of your choices (anonymous id, time, policy version, categories, language and browser type) is kept in this browser as sp_consent_log; it is not sent to us.
