Bombarda Renovated T4 apartment near Saldanha, now reserved

Avenida Miguel Bombarda runs through the Avenidas Novas, between Saldanha and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. On foot, the Gulbenkian garden is about 400 metres from the apartment and Praça Duque de Saldanha about 570 metres, in the other direction. Saldanha is where the yellow and red metro lines meet.

Our T4 here is reserved, so this page is a record of the work rather than an offer. We liked the street for its building stock: generous early-twentieth-century apartments with high ceilings and deep plans that take a full renovation well. Pastelaria Versailles, open since 1922, and the cafés along Avenida da República are a few minutes away. Campo Pequeno, whose arena now hosts concerts, and Instituto Superior Técnico are both within ten to fifteen minutes’ walk. In the evenings it is quieter than the quarters down by the river.
