- For information only. Information about developments and residences on this website, in brochures, fact sheets and other marketing material is for information only, is indicative, and is intended to give a general idea of the project.
- Images and renders. Renders, photomontages, computer-generated images and lifestyle and styling photographs are illustrative. Furniture, appliances, styling, planting, views, lighting and finishes shown may not match the final product and may not be included in the price. Views depend on floor, orientation and neighbouring buildings, present or future.
- Plans and areas. Plans are indicative and not to scale. Areas are approximate and may vary as the project develops, depending on measurement rules and construction. Unless stated otherwise, areas on the website are gross private areas (GPA). Final areas and layout are those stated in the land-tax record (caderneta predial), the horizontal-property title, the use licence and the CPCV.
- Design and licensing. Projects under way or "coming soon" are subject to licensing and approval by the competent authorities, including the Municipality of Lisbon, Oeiras or Cascais and, where applicable, heritage authorities. Specifications, materials, brands and technical solutions may be replaced by others of equivalent or higher quality for technical, legal or availability reasons.
- Timings. Completion and handover dates are estimates and are not a commitment, except as agreed in the CPCV.
- Prices and availability. Prices are shown on each project page or available on request, and may change at any time. Availability shown ("Available", "Reserved", "Coming soon", "Sold") is updated periodically and may not reflect the position in real time.
- No binding offer. Nothing on this website or in marketing material is a contractual offer, promise to sell or warranty. The sale of each residence is subject to a reservation agreement and/or CPCV (promissory purchase and sale agreement) and a public deed or authenticated private document, which, together with the official documents (licences, energy certificate, housing technical file, land registry certificate, caderneta predial), prevail over any other information.
- Seller. Each development is developed and sold by the owning company named on the project page and in the sale documents (e.g. Pedra Friso — PETRASBICA, LDA., NIPC 519 100 662).
- Energy performance. The energy class of each property is shown on its page, as required by Decree-Law 101-D/2020 of 7 December. For properties under construction or refurbishment, the class shown is from the energy pre-certificate and may change in the final certificate.
- Documents. Legally required documents are available on request as provided by law (including, for new or refurbished housing, the housing technical file under Decree-Law 68/2004).
